好高,真的好高呵 up in the air

Such a great awesome view…. of…. Clouds!

Am on the 118 floor trying to sneak peek at what it’s like at the world tallest bar in the tallest hotel in the world, and it’s view of HK skyline as well of course. Too bad it’s little gloomy today, all I could see and touch(at the outdoor balcony) are just clouds knowing that the stunning harbor view is just hiding right behind them – totally helpless~

Standing 118 stories high, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong will become the flagship property for the Ritz Carlton in Asia and occupy levels 102 to 118 in the International Commerce Centre, Hong Kong’s tallest building and home to financial giants including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.

Honestly, it was a fascinating tour of the Ritz Carlton by Bonnie, PR of the Ritz. It gives funny feelings to see sofa all covered up by plastics, construction people running around in bar and restaurants, chef trying out dishes, etc.

The interior design of the hotel, depicts a modern and trendy vibe in the restaurants and lobby areas, with a soft and somewhat romantic twist in other sections of the hotel. Located on the 102nd floor is an Italian Restaurant with an open kitchen design, the Lobby Lounge serving signature afternoon tea and a Chinese Restaurant with 7 private rooms. On the 103rd floor, a tea lounge for guests and on the 118th floor, a rooftop restaurant and bar testing the vertigo of its guests.

What I love best : their disco tech (woo….haven’t use this word for years!) swimming pool!

I surely love to pay visit to this contemporary yet with touch of 1930s art decor baby again after it’s opening.

Here are few snaps to share:
