今天下午3時45分，天氣不大晴朗，密雲，但我心情卻萬般開朗，穿上了我愛的 salmon pink Sergio Rossi 興致勃勃地打的到 香港JW Marriot酒店去。手上時常都有一隻Riedel 杯，喝著聞著，今天終於有機會在參加Riedel 安排的 “Glass Tasting 品杯會” 前跟這杯子老闆Georg Josef Riedel相約在Marriot Riedel Room 見面。 Riedel 是在悠久的玻璃創造史中首位根據葡萄酒特性來設計杯型的Glass Maker – 是Georg父親Claus Riedel 功劳, 他也因此被視為功能型酒杯的發明始祖。 Claus Joseph Riedel (Austrian, born 1925) Riedel 1958 酒具因其工藝獲得廣泛認同而被MOMA(美國現代藝術博物館)列作永久收藏 Georg Riedel先生一身西裝打扮，溫文爾雅，問好後, 握了手，感覺有點奇幻。 Georg Josef Riedel是奧地利RIEDEL十代傳人， 今次到港是為了親自conduct Riedel的品杯會。 相約在 JW Marriot Riedel Room 這裡見面 自1987 年起，Riedel的酒杯產品得到許多酒界朋友們的大力支持，如釀酒師Angelo Gaja、Christian Moueix、Robert Mondavi等人；加上酒類刊物Robert Parker … Read more
